Our Site www.imazetech.com, is owned and operated by Imaze Tech ltd, a limited company registered in England under 8938473, whose registered address is 45A Cheadle Rd, Cheadle Hulme, Cheadle SK8 5EU. VAT number 182790775. By purchasing from Imaze Tech Ltd you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions.

  1. Access to and Use of this website
  2. Access to Our Site is free of cost.
  3. It is your responsibility to make any and all arrangements necessary in order to access Our Site.
  4. Access this Site is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis.  We may alter, suspend or discontinue Our Site (or any part of it) at any time and without notice.  We will not be liable to you in any way if Our Site (or any part of it) is unavailable at any time and for any period.
  5. Use of Our Site is subject to our Website policies.  Please ensure that you have read them carefully and that you understand them.
  6. Age Restrictions
  7. Customers may only purchase Goods through Our Site if they are at least 18 years of age.
  8. None of the Goods on Our Site may be purchased by anyone under 18 years of age

 

Goods, Pricing and Availability

1.We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions and graphical representations of Goods available from Us correspond to the actual Goods.  Please note, however, the following:

  1. Images of Goods are for illustrative purposes only.  There may be slight variations in colour between the image of a product and the actual product sold due to differences in computer displays and lighting conditions;
  2. Images and/or descriptions of packaging are for illustrative purposes only, the actual packaging of Goods may vary and
  3. Where appropriate, you may be required to select the required size, model, spec and number of Goods that you are purchasing.
  4. We neither represent nor warrant that Goods will be available.  Stock indications are not provided on Our Site.
  5. We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all prices shown on Our Site are correct at the time of going online.  We reserve the right to change prices and to add, alter, or remove special offers from time to time and as necessary.  All pricing information is reviewed and updated daily.  Changes in price will not affect any order that you have already placed.
  6. All prices are checked by Us when We process your Order.  In the unlikely event that We have shown incorrect pricing information, please note the following:

We will contact you in writing before proceeding with your Order to inform you of the mistake and to ask you how you wish to proceed.  We will give you the option to purchase the Goods at the correct price or to cancel your Order (or the affected part thereof).  We will not proceed with processing your Order until you respond.  If We do not receive a response from you within 30 days, We will treat your Order as cancelled and notify you of the same in writing.
  8. In the event that the price of Goods you have ordered changes between your Order being placed and Us processing that Order and taking payment, you will be charged the price shown on Our Site at the time of placing your Order.
  9. All prices on Our Site exclude VAT. VAT will be charged at checkout if we are shipping outside of the EU no VAT will be charged.
  10. Delivery charges-We are currently offering free delivery worldwide on every Droneball purchased. This offer does not cover spare parts.

 

Orders – How Contracts Are Formed

1.Our Site will guide you through the ordering process.  Before submitting your Order to Us you will be given the opportunity to review your Order and amend it.  Please ensure that you have checked your Order carefully before submitting it.

2.No part of Our Site constitutes a contractual offer capable of acceptance.  Your Order constitutes a contractual offer that We may, at Our sole discretion, accept.  Our acknowledgement of receipt of your Order does not mean that we have accepted it.  Our acceptance is indicated by Us sending you a Dispatch Confirmation by email.  Only once We have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation will there be a legally binding Contract between Us and you.

3.Dispatch Confirmations shall contain the following information:

4.Confirmation of the Goods ordered including full details of the main characteristics of those Goods;

5.Fully itemized pricing for the Goods ordered including, where appropriate, taxes, delivery and other additional charges;

6.Estimated delivery date(s) and time(s);

7.We will also include a packing list and commercial invoice with your Goods.

Shipping

If Goods are being ordered from outside the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination.  We are not responsible for such charges and We undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard.  If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures.  As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported.  Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and We cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.  Please also be aware that the United Kingdom consumer protection laws may not apply.

 

Lost Packages

Please report any lost packages to customer service within 14 days of shipping and we will file a claim with the courier. The claims process takes two to four business days to complete. A replacement order or credit will only take place after the process is completed. Imaze Tech in its sole discretion may determine whether to reship a product or issue a credit to method of payment. If we are not notified within 14 days from shipping that a package has not been received, we will not be able to process a claim.

RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event of item(s) being damaged during delivery, you must inform us via email within 24hours of receiving the goods in order to be covered by the shipping insurance. It is very important that you check your delivery as soon as it arrives. In the event of a claim you may be required to supply photographs of any damage to the original packaging and its contents, therefore we ask that you do not discard any of the original packaging.

Any defect/faulty/damaged items must be returned to Imaze Tech Ltd unless otherwise agreed by Imaze Tech Ltd. Returns must have a RMA number. This will be issued via email; any items returned without a RMA number will not be accepted. To receive an RMA number please use the contact form on our website with the full details of the product and the concern you have with it. Please make sure that your name, contact email and invoice number is in your RMA request.

Imaze Tech Ltd is not responsible for returned goods whilst in transit or the cost of postage to return the goods to Imaze Tech Ltd. Imaze Tech Ltd strongly recommend that only tracked and insured mail is used when returning items. Imaze Tech Ltd do not accept responsibility for items returned which are lost or damaged in the post.

Imaze Tech Ltd do not offer refunds or replacement items that have not been used correctly and are then subsequently damaged, which might be beyond the operators skills of the customer, please ensure you have a reasonable expectation of the results when learning to fly your aircraft.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests must be made prior to order dispatch no refunds will be made unless otherwise agreed by Imaze Tech Ltd.

Pre orders

Where an item is marked as  “pre-order” an expected delivery date will be shown. If you order the goods, they will be dispatched as soon as we receive them. You can either pay a 50 % deposit or pay for the item in full, please contact us first for details.

Payment and Security
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Access, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron, and American Express, as well as paypal.  For your security, all our card transactions are processed by World pay who ensure that any card details sent by you are encrypted and held securely. No one else, including us, has access to your card details.

Warranty 

 Imaze Tech ltd supplies a standard 30 day warranty  for any defects or issues as a result of manufacturing and shipping the Droneball 360 from the date of Delivery.  This standard 30 day warranty  does not apply to any droneballs that has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, or accident. Defects caused by tampering or unauthorized alterations or repairs are not covered by this warranty. Parts required for warranty will be shipped to customers at no cost to the customer. Proof of purchase date must be supplied on all warranty applications.

 

Drone Safety & Laws

By purchasing and operating Drones sold by Imaze Tech ltd the purchaser understands and voluntarily undertakes the risks involved with the operation of this Drone.

Purchasers of Droneball Drones and users of any merchandise sold by Imaze Tech ltd agree as follows:

  • I, the purchaser or user of the merchandise, agree to release Imaze Tech ltd, its owners, agents and employees, from any and all liability for damage, injury, paralysis and death to myself, any other person, or damage to property, resulting from the use or misuse of the merchandise sold by Imaze Tech ltd including product failure leading to damage,loss injury, paralysis and death.
  • It is agreed that any and all liability of Imaze Tech ltd, its owners, agents and employees shall be limited to the purchase price.

Operator is responsible for registering the drone if necessary in your country zone and for abiding by the laws in the country you use your Droneball. Imaze Tech cannot be held responsible for any laws broken and subsequent penalties. due to your misjudgment. Operator of Droneball take all the risks.
